What is the Best Cooking Wine?

Best White Wine cooking, Chenin Blanc is a dry, crisp, Summer white wine. If the white chocolate-pistachio bark is a pairing you like, try that type of chocolate with another dry, crisp white wine like a Pinot Grigio or a sauvignon blanc. Both go with milk chocolate very nicely. Or, switch up the chocolate just a bit by trying White Chocolate Bark with Pistachios and Cranberries.

Or how about this White Pairing

Argentina wine goes with pasta and tomato sauce. It demands bold flavors to stand with its own firm boldness. I tried it with Chicken Parmesan pasta in garlic tomato sauce. I licked the bowl!
