I am going to write a CTFO review and hopefully give you enough information to decide if you want to use them as one of your affiliate programs.
What is CTFO?
CTFO or “Changing The future Outcome” is a network marketing company that focus on health products that specifically use CBD Hemp Oil. They sell their products on their website and offer others an opportunity to earn a commission by becoming an affiliate marketer and promoting their web site and products.
What is the Cost to Become an Affiliate?
Signing up is 100% free. It’s easy to create an account and does not require a credit card. I like that you can start out as a free member and upgrade at a later time, when you get 10 referrals. You can make money first, then upgrade to each plan as your referrals surpass the maximum requirements for that plan. And the Pro plan is affordable even if you didn’t have 10 referrals to supplement the cost.
Dashboard
This section is set up great. the layout is easy to understand and it is ordered with pictograph/text tabs for easy navigation. You can access all your affiliate marketing tools from the taskbar at the top of the screen or directly from the dashboard.
Each section provides more areas to better manage your affiliate functions, prospects and your team.
The user interface for affiliates is the best I have seen so far in all my research for affiliate programs. And the tools that you get are more extensive than most of the programs that are offered. All the resources you have are given to you as a free member.
This affiliate system is designed to make money for everyone, so obviously if you just do the free membership, your income opportunity will be more limited than someone who purchases an upgraded. But I like that you can start out as a free member and transition to paying for an upgrade as your team grows.

All of the CBD products are manufactured in GMP certified facilities. As a result, they are regulated by the FDA to insure that the labels state what is in the product. They offer a 60-day empty container money back guarantee. And Provide 3rd party testing and a Certificate of Analysis of each product Lot to show that CBD is present in the products.
CBD Quality
CTFO claims that their 10xPure CBD Oil supports higher levels of CBDa which helps give relief from pain and inflammation. I found a research document that explains how and why it works. It looks pretty technical, but I wanted to provide it for anyone who was interested.
Commission Structure
They have a comprehensive commission structure that consists of multiple ways to earn commissions.
Personal Commissions
Sell the product yourself, by either buying it at the wholesale price and selling it to customers at the retail price. Or sell online where you receive a commission on any sale that is placed from your replicated affiliate site.
Each Product has a designated CV point value, as an affiliate you get 20% of that CV value as your commission. You could in theory make more per sale if you had customers who could not purchase their CBD products through the internet. Since anyone who purchases from the website, is getting the wholesale price. If you wanted to sell in person to your customers, you could buy products from CTFO and sell them at whatever price you wanted personally to your clients.
Uni-level Commission structure
Purchases from your direct referrals (level 1) get you 20% of the CV value. Purchases from their referrals or from their referrals down to level 5 (levels 2-5) get you 4% of the CV value.
Matrix Structure
A matrix system where each associate gets a maximum of 3 people placed under them. this goes 21 levels deep. This is where people will be added to your matrix by other associates. Lower commission rates at 1% but your up-line is helping you fill these positions.
PSP Sharing
You create this new matrix. Every 4th person goes into the matrix structure under you, but also creates another matrix with you on top. As a result, you create unlimited new matrices at every 4th person you refer. Only you and your team create this matrix.
Bonuses
For top producers at the Vice President rank or higher of the company. They split up to 19% of the Total CV that is produced by your team. It is divided up according to the ranks in your team. There is also a 6% bonus pool of CV that is evenly split to everyone who qualifies as a “Top Gun”, which is the highest rank attainable for CTFO.
Production and Referral Ranks
I am not going to specifically discuss the details of the ranks. But as any ranking structure, your promotions occur when more people sign up as an associate or qualified retail customer.
Summary
This Affiliate system seems to be workable by anyone. It is organized and has an easy to understand back office interface. Their are multiple areas that provide training and organizing for you and your team. The products line is definitely trending and popular. The commission structure is comparable to many other affiliate programs that offer products. And it is free to sign up. I cannot see any reason you would not sign up for this as an affiliate marketer.
